THE KEE--LESS CLOCK

Here's an unusual clock, it has no springs and requires no key, instead it has a weight inside the clock which slowly descends to drive the clock. The lever, visible at the left of the clock is press down to wind the clock and the lever below is for hand setting. The clock is shown here with glass bezel removed for clarity. Patents for this clock were first taken out in 1919 by Christopher Webb and Thomas Watson of Kentish Town London.
